Operating instructions:

1. The package can be picked up from the above countries and sent to our Hong Kong company (in addition to the cost of shipping from the country to our Hong Kong warehouse, an additional Hong Kong customs declaration fee of 100RMB is required), and then imported from our China Hong Kong express to the mainland. The import fee must be charged based on the actual name and declared value of the goods; If delivery is required to other addresses in Hong Kong, an additional Hong Kong delivery fee must be charged.

2. If the customer needs to entrust our company to pick up the package in the sending country, they must fill out the power of attorney in detail and correctly. After stamping the company seal on the power of attorney, they must send it to our salesperson via fax or email, and attach the power of attorney;

3. When the customer gives us a power of attorney, they will automatically generate a waybill number, which will be used as the query number for this shipment. The shipment number can be tracked and queried online by our company.

4. After the package arrives in Hong Kong, our company will double check the weight, actual weight to volume ratio, and the larger one will be the chargeable weight. Volume calculation method: length * width * height/5000CM.

5. When entrusting our company to pick up non document express parcels, please notify the sender that a commercial invoice must be provided, otherwise it will affect the transit time of the parcel. Our company does not provide declaration services on behalf of the sender.

6. Our company accepts the commission for pickup from Monday to Friday, with a deadline of 16:30PM; For packages before the deadline, our company will notify and arrange for pickup on the same day, and it will take approximately 2-3 days to arrive at the port.

7. Entrust our company to pick up the package and accept payment from the agent, but temporarily do not accept payment from the sender.
